Church Mouse Forge currently offers free shipping on all domestic orders; delivery times are not guaranteed. Local pickup in New Orleans is available by appointment, with the option to tour the shop.

Returns

If you are not satisfied with your purchase, please contact olof@churchmouseforge.com. A refund with return shipping, replacement item, or another solution will be provided whenever possible. Customer satisfaction is at the heart of the forge.

To qualify for a refund, exchange, or replacement, contact the forge within 14 days of receiving your order. Custom orders and personalized items are not eligible for returns, but please reach out to discuss available options.
